Description

Position:


Reporting to the sales and customer relations services, you will be involved in projects and training needs concerning the use of our platform for managing the portfolios investments of our customers and prospects.


Main responsibilities:


  • Act as an expert on Croesus products with customers (e.g. investment advisors, portfolio managers and assistants);
  • Participate in customer training needs analysis;
  • Establish user knowledge levels in order to adapt training content;
  • Evaluate and prepare an adapted or customized training program;
  • Facilitate remote or facetoface training;
  • Actively participate in the development of new software functions by sharing user challenges with development teams;
  • Present new features and updates to the portfolio management solution to existing customers;
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other professional services to manage customer training logistics;
  • Contribute to the development of training capsules;
  • Be available to travel (Canada 20%);
  • All other related tasks.

  • Coordinator, Customer Relations and Business Development

Requirements:


Education and experience:


  • College or university degree in a relevant field;
  • Completion of the CSC course (asset);
  • Lecturing experience (5 years).

Skills:


  • Knowledge of finance and investments;
  • Ability to popularize concepts and content;
  • Strong synthesis and analysis skills;
  • You have a creative side and are always on the lookout for innovative solutions;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, teamwork and collaboration;
  • Concern for a job well done and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to write training content;
  • Ability to manage development projects;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a hightech environment;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new IT tools;
  • Knowledge of webinar delivery tools (MEET, Zoom, etc.);
  • Professionalism;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingualism required (French and English);
  • Selfmotivated;
  • Respect for instructions;
  • Attention to detail.
