NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge and passion for car parts.
Share your passion for the automotive industry with our customers by joining our instore team. No matter the division, our parts specialists have outstanding product knowledge, and are willing to go above and beyond for our customers
Take pride in wearing our uniform as you work in a dynamic and stimulating environment This position pays between $19.05 and $22.05 per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.
In this key role, you will:
- Ability to greet customers, establish rapport, determine and attend to customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
- Maintain inventory of parts and ensure stock levels are accurate
- Search part numbers via catalogs or computer system
- Process customer orders and handle various transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Automotive
vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fastpaced detail orientated environment
- Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High school diploma and/or training in automotive sales or parts equipment sales is considered an asset
