Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Operate phone systems and handle reservations
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively
