Job Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems and handle reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Job Types:

$16.55 per hour
