    What You'll be Doing

    Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

    You'll report to your team leader. Seek to understand is one of our core values and working in a global company means working with teammates from around the world. As it's important we understand one another, speaking English is required so that we can communicate with each other wherever we are.

    On a typical day, you'll
    • Order car parts and follow up on their status
    • Establish backordered item estimated time of arrival
    • Make order cancelation
    • Set parts pricing
    • Place outbound phone calls to dealerships to follow up on recent inquiries
    What You Bring to the Role
    • Ability to read, write, and speak French and English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is French or English.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive parts specialist
    • Thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must already reside in Canada
