Job Type:
Full Time, Seasonal


Schedule:40+ Hours/week, Day Shift, Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts, weekends as required. OT after 10hr/day or 40hr/week.


Location:
Edmonton
(non-camp position, required to live in the area)

Essential:
Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions


Requirements:


  • Personal Reliable Vehicle
  • CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support
  • Valid Driver's License (non GDL)
  • Flat work experience

Pre-employment:


  • Drug and alcohol testing (urinebased test)
  • Successful completion of Company Orientation and sitespecific orientation

Carpenter Responsibilities**:


  • Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Carpenter Qualifications**:


  • Must have experience on a commercial or industrial site.
  • Experience with concrete formwork.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials.
  • Perform construction activities.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades as required.
  • CSTS09, and H2S Awareness training is an asset.
