MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide walkthrough daily audits of building operations and condition
Provide quick response maintenance, as per CMMS (Maintenance Ticket system)
Provide proactive maintenance projects painting, office furniture setup, take down or relocation
Perform outside duties clean up and debris removal
Moving furniture around ONTC North Bay Buildings
Installation of white boards, key board trays etc.
Summer Term: May to September

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be registered for school in the Fall of 2023 and provide proof of attendance for the school year
Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
Previous cleaning/labour experience an asset
Must be committed to Company Health and Safety
Works independently with little supervision
Some record keeping ability
Able to lift 40kg when required
