Our pastry chef, with his background having worked several times with the best workers in France, is looking for a confirmed pastry chef.

This person participates in the development of pastry creations, will learn by observing and practicing the professionals around him, and wishes to go beyond the usual horizons.


Responsibility:


  • Able to make the basic recipes requested (cream, biscuit, dough, jelly, etc.)
  • Preparation of products and making restaurant desserts
  • Decorate the products
  • Realization of chocolate, ice cream and confectionery products
  • Organize and manage the good turnover of products
  • Respect the product
  • You know how to read a technical sheet
  • Keep your workstation clean
  • Comply with MAPAQ standards
