Description

Entera is looking to hire a Fleet and Warehouse administrative assistant to work closely with our Fleet Manager and Warehouse Manager.

Fleet Related Tasks

  • Schedule requested and/or required repairs in a timely manner and provide follow up when needed.
  • Schedule required preventive maintenance
  • Conduct research on history of equipment using available resources.
  • Provide customers and vendors with product and service information.
  • Process tickets, invoices, reviews and warranty claims.
  • Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalate priority issues when required.
  • Has the ability to adapt to daily changes in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure.
  • Is selfmotivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, develop and understand Geotab fleet telematics system.
Warehouse Related Tasks

  • Work with procurement staff as needed
- verify all necessary shipment paperwork details

  • Count material from incoming shipments when necessary
  • Reviews data for incoming errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves discrepancies
  • Perform high volume data entry using spreadsheets, database and software
  • Inspect all the contents for damages and volume
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as suppliers and material handlers
  • Identify any bottlenecks / short shipments / back orders in the process
  • Manage and quarantine returned wrong shipments. Resolve documentation.
  • Daily data entry of received goods into system. (We will train)
  • Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work with a team in a fastpaced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to work independently, with limited direct supervision
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards, rules and regulations
  • Ability to organize and prioritize varied tasks and follow instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any experience/knowledge of transportation maintenance would be considered an asset.
  • Possesses computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel and database management.
- strives for excellence while demonstrating good oral and written communication.

  • Adaptive to learning new computer systems quickly
  • Previous working experience as Data Entry / Receiving Clerk an asset
  • Math and recording abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize varied tasks and follow instructions
