Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating employment letters and employment verifications
- Provide offboarding communications support to leaders and employees
- Provide standard communications to leaders
- Update OneNote process guide with policy and procedure updates
- Update internal HR Service Delivery materials, process documents and letter templates
- Assist other Operation Teams as required
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant postsecondary education program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple demands under tight timeframes in a confidential environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Highly detailoriented and accurate
