More About the role:

It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those who are most successful in this role pay great attention to details and take pride in their work.

Job Duties:

You will be responsible for the following:

Move recreational vehicles around the yard and into the shop for service
Maintain the lot and keep the building clean
Clean the interior and exterior of the units
Ensure units are organized in a presentable manner
Perform unit inventory and update the lot map each week
Inspect and report any vehicular damages
Drive to pick up parts and deliver vehicles to appropriate departments aftersales, tradeins, arrival, etc.
Monitor vehicles in storage, watch for any damage that will adversely affect unit in outdoor climate and ensure vehicles are secure
Maintain lot security and report any problems or crimes on the lot
Take a lead role in snow removal and assist in taking recreational vehicles for external service
Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Selfdirected, motivated, proactive, and fiercely accountable
12 years lot attendant experience is an asset
Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
Ability and willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
Positive interpersonal skills, attitude, and energy
Flexibility, adaptable and able to multitask
Ability to work independently or within a team
Familiarity with B and C Class RVs will be an asset
