Mechanically inclined, passionate about sales and solving customer problems? We are looking for a representative to complete our outside sales team.

Responsibilities**:
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Territory Manager performs the following tasks:
Technical service

Execute Preventative Maintenance Plan;
Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer;
Rotational Emergency On Call;
Filling out accurate Electronic Service Reports;
Perform installations of new/replacement dishwashers and other systems; adjust to particular operating parameters.

Sales

Attain new opportunities cultivate leads;
Sell and promote our products to existing customers;
Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
Provide exceptional customer support and personalized aftersales service;
Understand clients' needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions.

Requirements:

To perform well, you must:

Be able to work independently and as a team;
Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change;
Have at least two years in technical sales;
Possess a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract;
High degree of mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools;
Understand computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
