Position Summary:
Acuren is currently recruiting for NDT Technicians to support project work in Edmonton and surrounding areas. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.


Position Information:


Project Based/Outage**- Project work/ TAs for various projects throughout the year.

  • Techs will become part of a project/call out pool for the region.
  • IRATA training provided.
  • Hours of work will be determined by client/project requirements.
  • Requires travel to various work site locations throughout the province.
  • Accommodations and travel provided

Responsibilities:


  • Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project timelines.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients.

Requirements:


  • CGSB Level 1 Certification required
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
  • Valid driver's license
  • IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset
