Must have at least 1 year of cross-border planning experience.

Must have experience with ACE, ACI, Loadlink, and Dispatch Software or similar.
Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset.
Strong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate over the phone.
Brokering Loads and negotiating rates with carriers.
Negotiate trucking rates according to the current market.
Help resolve all issues, including problems with drivers, customers, dispatchers, customs, and load booking.
Good communication skills, Excellent organization Skills, Multitasking.
Monitor and direct the dispatch team at all times, to improve performance.
Implement new rules and procedures within dispatch and operations.
Train and direct new dispatch staff.
Looking for loads, FTL, LTL, Canada wide and Crossborder.
Thoroughly planning and dispatching (outbound and inbound) Flatdeck trucks & Enclosed Trailers & Box Trucks
Coordinating and managing driver runs and schedules.
