We are offering both Part Time Positions and Full Time (with a standard 3 month probationary period).

Experience is an asset but a willingness and hunger to Learn the culinary craft and good work ethic go a long way.

We are from scratch kitchen focused on training and mentoring the future generations of chefs.

Formal culinary education is considered an asset

Responsibilities:


Cook with ability to:


  • Produce hot and cold food items, prep and bulk prep items within the standards set by the Executive Chef and /or his or her designate. Once Trained, be able and willing to work in various stations within the kitchen.
  • Once trained you must maintain and retain knowledge of the working menu and its standards of execution
  • Be ready for service ensuring all mise en place is prepared for station and report any shortages
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and storage of food following food safety guidelines and principles.
  • Upon appropriate training, it will be expected of you and required of you to be able to work different stations
Position is available at entry level

Start date as soon as possible. Part-time and full-time day and evening shift as well as Saturday evening shift positions are available. Wage will depend on skill level and experience.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
