Gateway Group is seeking experienced Contractors and Subcontractors to join our reputable team of renovation professionals.As a Contractor or Subcontractor with Gateway, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects that showcase your expertise while contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee various aspects of renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry regulations.
- Provide expertise and problemsolving skills to address challenges that arise during projects.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor in the renovation industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise and successful project outcomes.
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Effective leadership skills to manage a team of subcontractors and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure highquality work.
- Focus on safety practices and commitment to industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$15.50-$45.28 per hour
