Job Overview:

As a Brand Manager at Zavida, you will play a vital role in shaping and developing our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about building brands and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and vision.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Oversee the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral, including print, digital, social media, and packaging.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance, tracking key metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with market needs.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate brand messages.
Fluent in English and Intermediate Level in French.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and an understanding of brand aesthetics.
Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management and advertising.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams.
