We are currently seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking Hydraulic Mechanic for our repair shop in Stoney Creek.


Your Activities Will Include:


  • In house inspection and disassembly of hydraulic components to analyze cause of failure and provide repair estimates.
  • Oversee sectional valve assembly build center.
  • Re assembly of components and testing of all repairs to ensure they meet factory specifications.
  • Operation and maintenance of test stands and all shop equipment.
  • Conversions of new product to meet customer requirements.
  • Assembly and testing of proportional mobile hydraulic valves.
  • Study blueprints or manufacturers manuals to determine correct installation or operation of machinery utilizing our components.
  • Interaction with customers during witness testing as required.
  • Oversee and train junior mechanic

To succeed in this role:


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Hydraulics repair course from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is preferred
