    This dynamic opportunity involves the full spectrum of coordination across assembly, quality assurance, and packaging of mechanical, optical, and electronic components, sub-assemblies, products, and systems.

    The Role and

    What You Will Do:
    Reporting to the Production and Quality Control Manager, this individual will have multi-functional responsibilities across the manufacturing operation:


    Assembly:
    Responsibility for set-up of complex tools, fixtures, and test & measurement equipment.
    Lead the testing & troubleshooting of components, assemblies, and final products.
    Lead the inspection and repair of components, assemblies, and products.
    Assist in new product implementation (NPI) activities (i.e. pilot builds, developing new work instructions).
    CRM and ERP analysis and reporting, including establishing work schedules.
    Assist with the receiving and staging of all incoming manufacturing materials.
    Assist with the packaging of finished products and systems for delivery.
    Training
    ~ Lead the development and execution of in-depth training programs and certification processes for galvanometer proficiency.

    College diploma preferred in Electronics / Electro-Mechanical / Optics technology.
    Demonstrative experience building and testing galvanometers is highly valued and considered critical for success in this role.
    Ability to interpret assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
    Ability to document and record test results and report daily labor and material consumptions.
    Demonstrative ability to use complex manufacturing tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    This role reports to the Production & Quality Control Manager. Light assembly work daily
