About the job

Key Responsibilities

Ensure health and safety is a priority by following company policies, safety precautions and procedures;
Accurately read and understand welding blueprints, shop drawings, manuals and procedures;
Complete daily production requirements by operating robotic welding machines;
Program, troubleshoot and monitor the robotic welding machines;
Inspect, identify and repair weldments to meet required specifications;
Perform MIG or TIG welding on stainless steel parts as required;
Operate hand tools, and grinders safely and efficiently;
Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the production facility;
Process production orders within our ERP system;
Other duties related to the position as assigned by the supervisor.

What you bring

Grade 12 Diploma or a combination of education and experience will be considered;
One (1) year TIG or MIG welding experience is an asset;
Customer Service focused with a positive work attitude;
Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail;
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
