We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Warehouse Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the daily operations of the warehouse.

The
Warehouse Coordinator will monitor, direct, and coordinate the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.


Shift:
Monday to Friday - 11 am - 8:30 pm


Responsibilities:


  • Manage stock control: the selfassured receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
  • Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
  • Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
  • Use equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and shipping facility.
  • Ensure the delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert all parties involved if a delay occurs or is likely.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
  • Process and provide necessary and complete paperwork for shipments.
  • Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.
  • Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.
  • Maintain all records/logs relative to shipping and receiving.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong experience with inventory software and control systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
