What does this job involve?

The objective of this role is to provide analytical support to one of JLL largest clients in the area of occupancy planning for their largest office campuses.

This will involve a variety of business and data analysis tasks, including frequent interactions with the client's business representatives, as well as some BI and analytical tools development.

As a Data Analyst / Data Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for
Strong attention to detail with ability to perform root cause analysis
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills

Effective facilitation skills to identify requirements and the ability to explain technical space management data nuances with technical and non-technical users.

Comfortable working as a Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, able to complete tasks from inception to implementation
Build and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reports to effectively communicate findings
Develop and support customized statistical analytics to facilitate planning initiatives and data-driven decision making
Create and undertake maintenance and troubleshooting of the Client.

Ability to create complex SQL statements
Experience with Python, Big Query, GCP, App Script, Google Sheets, Code Management, dashboarding is an advantage
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
Experience identifying process and data improvement opportunities
Ability to develop implementation plans for audits, reports, corrective actions, process improvements and system enhancements
Communicating recommendations and options for data fixes, process improvements, data audits to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with space management datasets and IWMS systems (E.g. TRIRIGA, Archibus)
Document and maintain playbooks and requirement documentation
Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion - ensure stakeholders are informed and up to date with regular status updates including any issues and/or risks
Perform testing and validation activities prior to review with stakeholders
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Ability to pivot with competing priorities
