Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education- Master's degree with an MA in a relevant field (ie. Curriculum studies, leadership or school administration) and extensive relevant experience- PhD or equivalent in relevant field is an asset

Experience- Expert knowledge of leadership issues across geographic, linguistic, racial, gender and cultural contexts from a comparative perspective particularly in the Quebec context- Experience as a school administrator, institutional leader and/or teacher/instructor in the Quebec educational system- Previous successful experience teaching similar course(s) at the graduate level

Other- Extensive knowledge of the Quebec education system is an asset- Familiarity teaching blended classes is an asset
