Summary


The Administrative Assistant position is a key contributor to the ongoing administrative and employee experience at SSPI reporting to the Associate Director of Quality & Administration.

Administrative Assistant will contribute through supporting company operations by performing day-to-day administrative duties and assisting with marketing activities.


Job Responsibility

  • Record, schedule, and process accounts payable
  • Maintain filing records (invoices, receipts, statements, registries & other)
  • Provide administrative/clerical support to management
  • Add/modify users in DOVICO employee time recording software
  • Play an active role in company's social committee
  • Assist with marketing materials design, preparation, purchase, and logistics
  • Practice and maintain confidentiality to the highest standards
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

Skills

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar and punctuation are a must
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
