What You'll Do:

Primary Responsibility:

Essential Functions:

Leads the WMS conversion teams to ensure a successful WMS conversion. Partners with WMS teams outside of IT to deploy Korber/Highjump WMS.
Works with IT in general and other business partners to build the Korber/Highjump WMS conversion schedule.
Works closely with the Korber longer term support and ensures a successful transition from conversion to steady state (ticket) support
Works with operations and other teams to build the deployment schedule and ensure that aligns to Americold's overall strategy.

What Experience You Need:

Qualifications & Experience:

35 years' managerial experience in a Manager or Supervisor role with direct reports.
5+ years of experience in technical fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
35 of those years with implementing, configuring and/or testing software Korber/Highjump WMS is required.
Direct experience with Korber's Highjump e3PL is a bonus

Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of transportation and warehouse industries.
Strong communications skills (written/verbal), with emphasis on demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts between business and technical groups.
50% travel to lead and assist with WMS conversions
