What You'll Do:
Primary Responsibility:
Essential Functions:
- Leads the WMS conversion teams to ensure a successful WMS conversion. Partners with WMS teams outside of IT to deploy Korber/Highjump WMS.
- Works with IT in general and other business partners to build the Korber/Highjump WMS conversion schedule.
- Works closely with the Korber longer term support and ensures a successful transition from conversion to steady state (ticket) support
- Works with operations and other teams to build the deployment schedule and ensure that aligns to Americold's overall strategy.
What Experience You Need:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 35 years' managerial experience in a Manager or Supervisor role with direct reports.
- 5+ years of experience in technical fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 35 of those years with implementing, configuring and/or testing software Korber/Highjump WMS is required.
- Direct experience with Korber's Highjump e3PL is a bonus

- Needs to be a firstclass problem solver
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation and warehouse industries.
- Strong communications skills (written/verbal), with emphasis on demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts between business and technical groups.
- 50% travel to lead and assist with WMS conversions
