The Starbucks Supervisor is a total foodie enthusiast who proudly leads a team of café associates in the day to day operations of the café department.

These leaders are responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations and for ensuring an excellent member experience. They pride themselves in helping achieve sales goals that maximize revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.

While some of your time is spent supervising, you are also experienced and comfortable with getting your hands dirty and handcrafting specialty beverages daily.

You will be responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

You are passionate about leading a team, are friendly, outgoing and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You are incredibly attentive and provide continual coaching and mentorship to all café associates.

With the help of your café associates these organized leaders create and maintain a clean, safe and exciting environment within the café department.
