DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Delivery and replenishment of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
  • Maintain good rapport with customers
  • Work with sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain delivery vehicle to company standards
  • May provide general warehouse support if required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Solid experience in customer relations, delivery planning, account support and time management
  • Strong problem identification and issue resolution skills

  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Equivalent jobrelated experience preferred

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone
  • Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places
  • Ability to routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport workrelated materials that frequently weigh up to 60 pounds and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 70 pounds
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery
