Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivery and replenishment of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- Maintain good rapport with customers
- Work with sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain delivery vehicle to company standards
- May provide general warehouse support if required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Solid experience in customer relations, delivery planning, account support and time management
- Strong problem identification and issue resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook
- Equivalent jobrelated experience preferred
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone
- Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places
- Ability to routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport workrelated materials that frequently weigh up to 60 pounds and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 70 pounds
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
