Description

We are seeking a skilled
Gas Technician to join our team. As a Gas Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and equipment.

Your expertise in welding, HVAC, and blueprint reading will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform gas installations, repairs, and maintenance according to safety standards and regulations
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine work requirements
Conduct basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
Utilize welding techniques to join metal components as needed
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with gas systems
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems as necessary
Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise measurements
Fabricate and build gas system components as required

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working as a Gas Technician (HVAC) and Refrigeration Technician (313A)
G2 license and 313A License is necessary
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including gas heating systems, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is beneficial
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to weld, plumb, calibrate, fabricate, and build gas system components is essential

Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
