Responsibilities:


  • Technical Implementation: Lead and oversee the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring that the system meets the specific needs of our organization.
  • System Configuration: Configure Business Central to optimize system performance and functionality, including setting up companyspecific settings, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions, extensions, and integrations to meet unique business requirements. This includes working with AL (Application Language), C/SIDE (C/AL), and AL extensions.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring that data from legacy systems is accurately transferred to Business Central.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors within the Business Central environment. Collaborate with the development team when necessary.

Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing to ensure that all technical components function correctly and meet business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing as needed.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design, architecture, configuration settings, and custom code.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on the use of Business Central, including best practices and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and proactively suggest improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong technical expertise in Business Central, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in AL (Application Language) and C/SIDE (C/AL) programming languages.
  • Knowledge of SQL, REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies for integration and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio Code and extensions development in AL.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Industry certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plus.
