Your Typical Day

  • Start your day by checking in with the Store Manager and making a plan to meet your goals each day.
  • Your priority each day is to drive sales, which means you get to work with customers and sell product You will focus on beating your sales goals and motivating your team to achieve their goals.
  • Supervise and help with tasks like processing incoming shipments, helping out with changes to the store's visual displays and marking down shoes that are on sale.
  • You will assist with training and developing your staff.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations and loss prevention needs as needed by your Store Manager.
  • Work with and develop an awesome team
