Join our team by registering for Conestoga's FULLY- FUNDED Supportive Care Program In as little as 18-weeks, you will be prepared for careers as a caregiver in the Home & Community Healthcare sector. This program prepares you to assist individuals needing support to live independently in the home or community. You will develop a clear understanding of your role as a member of the healthcare team and see how you can change a life with life-changing work.

Training Includes:

Three industry recognized certificates.
80 hour, on the job practicum.
A conditional job offer as a Supportive Care Worker based upon successful completion of the program.
A pathway to a career as a Personal Support Worker.
Conestoga College Certificate.

Program Eligibility:

Participants must meet program admission requirements.
Participants must meet employer occupation requirements.
Eligibility requirements will be discusses during information sessions (Sessions run every Tuesday from 10:00am11:00am, Wednesday from 7:00pm8:00pm, and Thursday 12:00pm1:00pm EST).

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of the health and safety of our employees and clients ONE CARE requires that all new hires of ONE CARE provide verification with an approved Health Canada COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with our Agency policies and procedures.
