Job Summary
Clintar is hiring Crew Leads to oversee the Grass Cutting team. Working hours are Monday-Friday, with possible weekends.

Responsibilities

Operate company truck and trailer to service customer properties, focusing on mowing and trimming with tools like zeroturn mowers and blowers
Handle additional tasks like mulch installation and project assistance
Engage with onsite customers
Prioritize training crew members

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in landscaping
Proficiency in safe mowing equipment use
Commitment to training a crew
Must plan efficiently onsite with keen attention to detail
Must be willing to work outdoors in diverse weather
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Must be willing to work 50+ hours a week and weekends as needed.
