Position overview:


Reporting to the COO, Landscape Gardener Team Leaders are responsible to ensure a smooth and coherent service delivery across multiple locations in the Vancouver Area.


Driving License:
Class 5.


Experience:


  • Commercial Horticultural services (Landscaping and Maintenance).
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and project management software.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing: equipment, truck, inventory, maintenance, and organization.
  • Working towards set quality service & operational standards.
  • Leading health and safety training.
  • Conducting site services according to schedule and quality assurance standards which include:
  • Garden Bed Health &

Design Care:
Weeding, Cultivating, Fertilization, Winter preparation, Deep Edge Definition, Mulch installation & Maintenance.

  • Hedge Maintenance & Design.
  • Trees: Pruning, Planting, Removal, Health treatments (Certified Arborists).
  • Shrubs: Maintenance, Planting, Removal, Health treatments.
  • Annuals: Maintenance, Planting, Removal, Health treatments.
  • Bulbs: Maintenance, Planting, Removal, Health treatments.
  • Perennials: Maintenance, Planting, Removal, Health treatments.
  • Managing and preparing operational records and reporting.
  • Executing assignments according to the service requirements and specifications.
  • Participating in gardeners teams training and development programs.
  • Managing ongoing quality assurance processes and policies.
  • Managing Horticultural and Design projects.

Ongoing training and development programs are provided from day one:

  • Preemptive & Responsive garden health care and maintenance.
  • Planting Design & Development.
  • Project management.

Company vehicles are provided for all work assignments and projects.

Pay:
From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
