YOUR ROLE:


KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide administration of the subcontracting process for multiple projects at any given time.
  • Assist with collecting and verifying contract support documents, including, but not limited to, WCB, COI, and Licensing compliance for Trade Contractors throughout project lifecycles.
  • Perform various office administration tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required to support the company's projects and business operations.
  • Engage with Trade Contractors and Suppliers throughout the contract process.
  • Recognize and prioritize daily and weekly tasks to effectively meet project deadlines.
  • Regular collaboration and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Consistently engage in collaborative interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as required to support the contracts team.
  • Uphold high ethical standards in all business dealings, ensuring company ethics and integral practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Diploma or degree in business management, legal assistant, procurement or related field.
  • Possess at least four years of contract administration experience.
  • Construction industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience with CCDC and similar contracts, Construction Insurance, City Licensing and Rental Exemptions is considered an asset.
  • Exhibit exceptional recordkeeping skills, ensuring meticulous and organized documentation of all contractrelated information, correspondence, and project files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates an aptitude in research, proofreading and analytical problemsolving.
  • Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic office environment.
  • Detailoriented, showcasing exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Display professionalism, conscientiousness, proactivity, resourcefulness, and a selfstarting attitude.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
