Global Enterprise Account Executive - Toronto, Canada - Achievers

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Global Enterprise Account Executive to join our Global Account Management Team (GAM).
The Achievers Global Account Management Team inspires customers to set the strategy for how the Achievers Employee Experience Platform positively impacts global business success.
The GAM strategy is to accelerate winning business within existing customers in other parts of their world, what we call the Decentralized Expand (DE) territory.
Team members leverage their entrepreneurial drive to target, educate, and persuade customers to embrace and expand the Achievers Employee Experience Platform into their global business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, profile, target, contact, and prospect into a group of existing Named Accounts (existing Achievers customers) within a new sales or geographic territory.
- Work closely with your respective GAM peers and the Global Account Development Manager to profile, accountmap, gather intelligence, and identify who are the decision makers in each entity and country of your Named Accounts.
- Seek input from other Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to augment your Named Account plans.
- Generate your own New Initial Meetings (NIMs) and work with your RVP and the sales teams in your respective regions to optimize inbound demand generation.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the Achievers solution.
- Provide support for marketing activities and events.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Understand and explain the benefits of the Achievers SaaSbased Employee Experience Platform and services to provide the broadest possible benefit set and solution to each prospect as possible.
- Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- To win deals and support customers, effectively collaborate with internal partners and teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solutions Consulting and Sales Development.
Qualifications:
- Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals.
- Can demonstrate growth from existing accounts specifically across geographies and global.
- A hunter with a keen passion for sales.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to own proposal generation from start to finish.
- Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the Csuite.
- Are a selfstarter with the ability to work in a global, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexibly to effectively work across multiple timezones.
- A bachelor's degree: having a master's degree is considered an asset.
- The ability to work inperson 23 days per week at Achievers' Toronto office would be preferred.
