Description
Follow up with Finance re-payment for both Canada & USA

  • Check daily international news updates
  • Inform wholesale/retail departments of any major delays
  • Every 25th of the month ensure that we follow up with forwarder/broker to get all invoices in order to process landed cost.
  • All invoices in order to process landed cost
  • Maintain duty relief report
  • Tracking carrier movement intra North America
  • Costco logistics Cargo movement
  • Follow up with Costco warehouse locations
  • Update master schedule for Costco movements
  • Approve all Fedex invoices & carrier invoices
  • Negotiate and follow up with forwarder
  • Negociate and follow up with forwarder and carrier rates
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with 3PLS
  • Ensure that work is always balanced with traffic staff
