Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a child care setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children.
Knowledge of licensing regulations and requirements for child care centers.
Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Experience in business development to attract new families to the center.
