Help Desk Analyst - Ottawa, Canada - YouthCare
Description
Must have lived in Canada for 10+ years - 12 Months experience supporting ALL of the following: o Microsoft Office Suites (on premise or cloud acceptable), must include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel o Remote Access services o Microsoft Windows operating systems - 12 Months providing direct IT support to end-users.
Requirements:
- Secret security clearance required six (6) months of experience within the last 60 months providing installation of physical IT equipment experience in installing monitors and docking stations while assuring LAN connections are tested experience in installing different video conferencing equipment; TV, Hub, assemble equipment.

Pay:
$18.32-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
