Some of the major responsibilities are:

Clean and sanitize all food manufacturing equipment, including mixers, ovens, slicers, and conveyor belts, using food-approved chemicals.
Wash the assembly area, including floors, walls, and ceilings, with foodapproved chemicals and a pressure washer.
Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces, such as cutting boards, tables, knives, leftover dishes, and other utensils, using foodapproved chemicals.
Empty and clean trash and recycling bins in the kitchen and common areas.
Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen, assembly area, and common areas.
Dust and wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen, assembly area, and common areas, including tables, chairs, and shelves.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
Refill soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers as needed.
Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and stocked.
Maintain cleaning chemical inventory and notify management when inventory is low.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while cleaning.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and sanitation.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills:

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Be able to work in and out of a cold environment
Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks (up to 50 lbs.) many times per shift
Must possess physical ability to perform all cleaning/ janitorial tasks
Must have the ability to perform outlined tasks with minimum supervision
Ability to use an electric walkie and manual pump truck if needed.
Ability to work overnight and afternoon shift.
