Your tasks at a glance

  • You explain the preoperative consent forms and paperwork clearly and accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • You respond to patient questions and concerns clearly and confidently while reassuring them and ensuring they understand the procedure.
  • You explain the postoperative care steps and schedule accurately to the patient.
  • You update the scheduling and patient file software after every appointment.
  • You file charts and complete administrative tasks such as dayend and monthend reports as needed.
  • You complete any other tasks requested by the Center Director or management team.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English _et français également._
  • You are comfortable with computers & technology.
  • You have an interest in the medical field and/or have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You have a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence as well as customer orientation skills.
  • You have excellent autonomy and organizational skills, and excellent judgment.
  • You are available to work: Monday to Friday, 8am4:30pm.
