Design Survey (Edmonton)

ABSA, the pressure equipment safety authority has an opening for an administrative professional in our Design Survey Department.

This department is responsible for reviewing and registering pressure equipment engineering designs to ensure compliance with Alberta regulations and adopted codes & standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing guidance to customers on navigating the registration process.
Ensuring documentation and correspondence is filed correctly.
Preparing and distributing official letters. (e.g. Acceptance letters, extension letters)
Preparation and verification of invoices.
Compiling data to be used in regular reports.
Developing and revising internal procedures.
Assisting with department improvement projects.

Qualifications:

2 years prior working experiencing in a technical office environment (e.g. engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
