Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Financial Investigator position on a 6 - month contract.
This team supports BMO's Financial Planners/Market Leaders sales force in Canada relating to performance management.
Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Completing assigned investigations with a daily target
- Reviewing/analyzing data from multiple sources in order to assist with closing investigations within SLA
- Identify/refer cases to the developers/team lead when require with supporting details for further review
- Share knowledge among team members
- Ensure that investigations are closed within the SLA
- Applying concepts from resources (policy/guide/FAQ) to close investigations in a timely manner and within SLA.
- Follow up with the field/partner/teammates relating to investigations
- QA scorecards (FP, Branch, CCC) during the weekends (once every 4 to 5 weeks depending on how many investigators are in the rotation).
Qualifications
SQL: 1 year (Required)Basic Financial Acumen: 1 year (Required)MS Office (Word, Excel, etc): 1 year (Required)Education/Certifications
