A career as an analyst in the International Market and Ongoing Events team in the Financial Markets Operations sector at National Bank means putting your expertise to work in the evolution and execution of financial markets business strategy and wealth management.

Thanks to your involvement in the various related processes to Domestic Market Events, you participate in the transformation of the Bank.


Your job:


  • Analyze the information received on ongoing market events and/or related to private companies.
  • Validate positions and process entries to reflect market events in client accounts.
  • Ensure the conformity of instructions received and certificates to be transmitted to transfer agents in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
  • Identify all risk elements associated with a file or situation.
  • Interact with the various sectors of the Bank to offer support in daily operations.
  • Identify the needs of stakeholders, identify the problem presented and adapt your interventions, while providing quality service.

Join a team of 14 dynamic analysts who are constantly striving to have a major impact on the success of the Bank and Capital Markets.

The team's mission is to contribute to the success of capital markets through leading operational expertise and sound risk management.

This position reports to the International Market and Ongoing Events team director.

You'll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.


Prerequisites:


  • Be a holder of threeyear college or university degree or academic equivalent, and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience related to securities operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of ISM, AS00, GDI, desirable
