Job Description:

Responsibilities

Depending on the level of complexity, integrate or help integrate any changes introduced by either internal or external suppliers.
Provide user support by managing secondlevel issues and resolving operational problems.
Organize delivery of corrective versions, coordinate preventive and scalable corrections to the systems, and follow up on implementations.
Establish and maintain rollout plans for new versions and ensure the platform continues to run smoothly following their release.
Draft all system reference material for the entire team.
Work closely with the developers and the various ISD teams.
Serve as point of contact for escalation and followup management in relation to incidents assigned to the business sector.
Act as lead resource person for team members.
Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.
Oversee rotation of 24/7 emergency services.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Diploma in computer science (DEC, AEC, BACC).
A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Application Support.
Curious, good analytical, synthesis and organizational skills.
Demonstrates great initiative and autonomy.
Excellent oral and written communication (French, English) and great adaptability.
Good knowledge of Windows environments.
Is comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing environment (management of several simultaneous tasks).
Ability to work in a team, show initiative and be motivated.
Ability to handle pressure.
Passionate, determined, with intellectual curiosity.
