About the Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Engage and mobilize your team to achieve the purpose, goals, objective and key results of the organization.
  • Be an engaged collaborative team player, developing and maintaining professional relationships that support and strengthen the WCSHM/organizational culture and purpose.
  • Model the values and leadership behaviours of WCSHM/organization and inspire other to do the same.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training for the CRMs individually and as a group.
  • Develop and produce regular reports, as required, to track salesrelated performance of the portfolio. Critical reporting areas include inquiry tracking, response rates, followup timelines, sellable suites tracking, website hit rates, tours, leases signed, moveins and commentary on lost sales. It also includes monthly assessment and modification of actual to target sales at each community, so adjustments can be made to achieve the desired occupancy targets.
  • Collect market and competitive intelligence to inform decision making.
  • Identity and report issues and trends that requires attention or are potentially affecting the implementation of the annual sales plan.
  • Ensure CRM's ongoing competency in all aspects of the sales process including outreach, event planning, competitor information gathering, cold calling, inquiry followup, site virtual and actual tours, elimination of objections, closing, moveins and documentation completion.
  • Support and monitor the development and implementation of community outreach, sales, marketing, communication and/or other plans to meet occupancy targets.
  • Train and support the CRM's in the daily use and recording of all required sales data into YGL system.
  • Support communications, customer retention and crisis management initiatives.
  • Support communities with CRM duties in the absence of a CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned.
