Responsibilities:
- Lead monthend close procedures for accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain lead sheets for key accounts.
- Preparation and filing of tax compliance documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate variances and discrepancies.
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS GP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
