AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years

We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.

A typical day?

  • Define and describe work instructions for the production of industrial products (structural, mechanical, electrical assemblies, etc.), based on technical drawings
  • Evaluate the production costs and execution times of tasks
  • Optimise implementation deadlines and production resources
  • Follow up various files (compliance with instructions, technical responses, nonconformities, procedures, etc.)
  • Participate in and contribute to the choice of manufacturing methods and the improvement of production tools
  • Provide technical assistance to the production line (solve problems while taking into account unforeseen circumstances)
  • Act as a technical interface between the engineering and production teams
  • Ensure continuous improvement of existing production processes while analysing technical effects in the event that tasks are not completed
  • Participate with the engineering team in the implementation of technical solutions
  • Address (in writing) requests for modifications/changes to the engineering team
  • Manage the dashboard to monitor and evaluate the progress of the work
  • Inform the supervisor of any deficiencies (nonconformance:NCR) or major issues
  • Create work instruction, assembly book, work order and repair work order.
  • Prepare and manage ATP (Hydraulics, etc.) FTP and other aircraft tests as required.

Qualifications:


  • You have a college diploma in aeronautics or any other related/equivalent field
  • You have five (5) years of experience as a method agent in an aeronautical assembly line.
  • You have knowledge of aircraft systems (hydraulic, electrical, fuel, structures and aircraft assembly)
  • You have at least two (2) years of experience as an Aircraft Test Technician is an asset.
  • You have knowledge of Catia V5, SAP and MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • You have good priority management skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • You have the ability to anticipate internal and external needs
  • You are proactive, flexible and a team player


  • Bilingualism (French

  • English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
