As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be providing support to numerous departments within the organization, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Operations hence the ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks is important.

Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience in Inventory or Supply Chain
  • 3 years of experience in Fixed Asset and Asset management System
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynaway would be an asset.

Responsibilities:


  • Process inventory and asset transactions (transfers, build assemblies, goods receipts, work orders) in Dynamics 365 & Dynaway
- organizing and executing monthly inventory counts and reconciliations while managing the document control / equipment certifications process.

  • Inventory RFQ creation and submission
  • External client and intercompany invoice creation and submission for inventory related sales.
  • Gather and record relevant information for crossborder shipments and assist in completion of appropriate shipping documents as required.
  • Manage the document control / equipment certifications process.
  • Inventory and AFE purchase order creation.
  • Provide support to Logistics, Inventory, & Asset Supervisors as required.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
