Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Proactively identify data needs and manage data collection.
Gather business and data requirements to clearly outline business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Follow analytical frameworks: hypothesis development, collecting, preparing, and combining the data from multiple data sources, analyzing data, validation, drawing conclusions, assessing risks, and developing actionable recommendations for the organization.
Build and present strong data driven business cases to drive strategies.
Leverage SQL, Python, and data visualization software (Power BI) to develop analytical models that support strategic initiatives and improve business processes.
Create reporting through Excel, or PowerPoint.

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if:

You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.
You have strong knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI, SAS, etc.
You have a high level of competency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
You are able to clearly identify and articulate key insights and recommendations.
You can work in a fastpaced environment with cross functional teams.
