Inventory Clerk
- (1 Permanent full-time position located in Edmonton, Alberta)_

What You'll Work On
As part of the Inventory Clerk role, you will:

  • Fulfill standard and immediate inventory requests and complete work order kits.
  • Perform physical count of inventory and reconciliation with actual available stock.
  • Identify, report, and investigate shortages, overages or discrepancies and perform corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize store solutions within the facility.
  • Identify and distribute stock to appropriate locations within the company premises.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies, goods, and equipment between departments.
  • Document and restock returned inventory.
  • Update and monitor inventory records while ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Move goods efficiently and set goals for 100% ontime delivery of work order kits.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with the following experience:
  • Using ERP software and employing basic math skills.
  • Working both independently and in a team setting.
  • Lifting 25 pounds overhead and up to 50 pounds at waist height, standing for extended periods, reaching inventory on deep shelves, and operating a pallet jack with a load of up to 500 pounds.
  • Utilizing a vertical lift module, or other advanced inventory storage systems is an asset.
  • Forklift certification is an asset.
