IMMIGRATION & MOBILITY COORDINATOR

Requirements:

Must be selfmotivated, detailed orientated and highly organized
Must enjoy being busy, completing paper work accurately and have excellent interpersonal skills
Must have experience working in a similar capacity
Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Immigration is preferred or equivalent work experience in a

similar field.

Responsibilities:

Immigration Support & Visa Applications

Update sheets and processing times on a weekly basis.

Onboarding & HR tasks

Manage and run employee orientation.
Own the new hire process including running all 1st day paperwork meetings, collecting and tracking all documentation.
Set up and complete employee files.
Set up and complete employee handbooks.
Send all Employment Contracts.
Update HR tracking sheets and team lists as needed.
Manages all filing for employee files (physical and virtual).
